The game’s own description spells this out: you earn keys to unlock new weapons and skins. Keys are the currency for opening weapon crates, so four keys from the codes above is four crate openings rather than a guaranteed specific gun.
A wrap is a cosmetic skin applied to a weapon you already own. The COMMUNITY codes hand out community wraps, which are designs submitted by players, and each COMMUNITY code gives one at random rather than letting you choose.
