Fisch is the fishing game that turned a single mechanic into a 4.92 billion visit experience. Fisching released it in March 2024, and the current build carries 3.63 million favourites and a 90.7 percent positive rating across 3.32 million votes. TemporarySubmarine runs to 18 October 2026 and SCARLET to 15 December 2026.

What Coins, Totems and Bobbers Actually Do
Fisch rewards split into things that speed you up and things that other anglers can see. Knowing which is which decides how much a code is worth to you:
- C$ (coins) is the main currency, spent on rods, bait and boat parts. A thousand coins is a modest sum once you are past the early islands, which is why coins are the filler in almost every code rather than the draw.
- Instant Catchers skip the reeling minigame entirely and land whatever is on the hook. Ten of them is a genuine shortcut when you are farming a specific species.
- Totems force a hunt event to spawn, which is how you meet the Megalodon, the Kraken and the Colossal Dragon without waiting on chance. Codes usually hand out one at random.
- Bobbers and rod skins change nothing about your catch rate. The Carbon bobber and the Scarlet blade skin are pure display, and they are the reason those two codes have been left open so long.
- Companions and boats follow you around and carry you between islands. The Him companion from the Mariana code is the only one currently obtainable this way.
That split explains the expiry dates. Cosmetic codes cost the developer nothing to leave running, so they sit open for a year. Anything carrying totems or Instant Catchers is progression, and progression gets a deadline.
Level Requirements on Fisch Codes
Fisch is unusual in gating some codes behind a character level, and the gate is invisible until you try. A code you are too low for returns a failure that reads exactly like an expired one, which is the single most common reason a valid code appears dead.
Of the four live now, only MarianaIsGoingCrazy asks for anything, and it asks for level 25. Past codes have been far stricter. Mariana is the deep trench content the game has been signposting since the Skycrest patches in late August, and the reward bundle reflects that: a companion, a stack of Instant Catchers, five Luminous Larva for bait and a hunt totem rolled at random.
That bundle is worth reading as a hint. Luminous Larva is deep water bait, and a hunt totem is the fastest route to a boss fish, so the update expects you to be diving rather than casting from a pier. The level 25 requirement fits the same picture. This is not a starter reward, and a fresh account claiming it will be holding items it cannot use for several hours of play.
It is a different shape of reward from the codes in a progression game such as Fruit Battlegrounds, where everything a code hands over feeds one number. Here the game has an economy of bait, totems, boats and skins, and a code usually touches three of them at once.
