The codes work best in combination. This is the quickest route from a new household to a finished, furnished mansion using only the official cheats above.

1. At the world or neighborhood screen, open the console and type freerealestate on.
2. Move your household into the biggest lot you like. It costs nothing while the cheat is on.
3. Type freerealestate off so prices return to normal for the rest of the save.
4. Inside the lot, type motherlode a few times, or enable testingcheats and use the money command for an exact budget.
5. Switch to Build mode and type bb.moveobjects on so furniture can sit off the grid.
6. Add bb.showhiddenobjects and bb.ignoregameplayunlocksentitlement to fill the catalog with hidden and career reward items.

• Entering freerealestate inside a lot. It only works from the world or neighborhood view.
